VGA HDMI/DVI help

Good Day guys, now, Im about to buy Evga GTX 650 TI Boost. Sadly, that card only has HDMI and DVI slot. And my monitor needs VGA,

My Question Is:
1. Is there any adapter, or DVI-VGA etc cable out there that can be used here (gaming reference)
2. IF there is one, will the performance will reduced if VGA is used.
3. IF the performance is reduced, will gtx 650 ti (no boost)(because it has VGA slot) be better than with this gtx 650 ti boost (if used DVI-VGA adapter/cable)

1 There is a DVI/VGA adapter, I got one with my card, they are cheap
