[SOLVED] Vga led light on motherboard

Ok so I just built a PC but with no graphics card and I'm not able to turn on my PC with my PC case button only on the motherboard button I can turn on and off the PC not just that I don't understand why the board is giving me a vga led light it acts like I gotta have a GPU installed Really Asus when I clearly do not need GPU installed to run a PC and do not want a GPU I use my i9 to run the PC the motherboard is a asus z390 Prime

If it does not turn on with the case button that means you did not wire it properly to the motherboard.

Aside from the led light, does that mean you are not getting a display using the motherboard video connections or just that the light is on? Go over the setup make sure everything is plugged in properly for power.
