[SOLVED] VGA light comes on after swapping to new cpu

Motherboard: b350m bazooka
Old cpu: Ryzen 5 1400
New cpu: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Radeon exactly 580

my pc boots fine when the 1400 is in but when I put the 3600 in the vga debug light comes on and it doesn’t boot. I have the updated bios and I’ve cleared cmos and it still doesn’t boot. I’m new to building computers so any help would be appreciated.

I tried the 7A38v1LR here and the bios on the compatibility list under Ryzen 5 3600 7A38V1L here

No is there anything I have to do after updating the chipset driver?

That might resolve your issue, I'm not sure. If it does, then I don't see any other requirements for updating the BIOS.
