So today I upgraded my rig with a i5-13600k. Along with this came the Gigabyte Z690 X DDR4. For the rest I've got 32gigs of G-skill RGB ram and a 2080.
After installing the new motherboard I was stuck with my dram light being on and not getting a display. After a couple of other attempts I decided to flash the bios to the latest version. This fixed my dram problem but now I am stuck with a new problem where I get the VGA light on my motherboard lighting up and not getting a display.
Here are some of the troubleshooting I've done.

Reseated cables
Changed GPU
Tried plugging into iGPU
Tried different monitors
Tried different cables

So far no luck sadly. Hopefully somebody can help me out here since it's awful having a brand new computer and it not working.

EDIT: list of parts
CPU: I5-13600K
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z690 Gaming X DDR4
Ram: 32GB G-skill trident RGB @ 3200Mhz
SSD/HDD: Samsung 980 EVO 1TB
GPU: RTX 2080
PSU: MasterWatt 750W
