VGA monitor does not recognize PC

Hello everyone, i'm new in this forum and i really need our help. Today my computer technician gave me a desktop (not too old) and with my friend we setup and test it in his workshop: we connect monitor through VGA and everything work fine. At home we added an hard drive and all was connected well, but when we connect monitor (through VGA at motherboard VGA) and turn on the PC, it doesn't display anything. Monitor recognise vga cable connected but after 5/10 seconds it turn off with classic error "No Signal". I state that monitor works bcoz with another pc it works fine. We try to use an old GPU but i think that it's broken. PC isn't too old: it has Core i3 2th generation and UEFI, it comes with Win 8. Can you help me please? Thanks everyone.

Hi, When graphics card installed, you have to connect the monitor to it, not to the motherboard.

In this moment, i'm using a integrated card (Intel HD 2000) because my old GPU not working

So, does it work with graphics card removed? If not, try reseating the memory module/s.

No, now we removed GPU and with Internal Graphics it doesn't work

Try reseating the memory. Clearing the CMOS might also help (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute).

Not sure what happened then. Sometimes, shocks during transportation might damage some components. Try taking the pc back to the computer technician to check the issue.

I think the RAM Is not well put
