Question VGA red light on motherboard

Hi guys, my motherboard is showing a red light for the vga. Specs are below:
Z390 UD motherboard
1660 super
I59600k
The motherboard and cpu I bought for second hand and fitted it into the pc today. The gpu has worked fine in the time that I’ve used it in my old hardware so im sure the issue is not in that
Any help would be appreciated

Make and model of your PSU and the age for the unit? Did you reinstall the OS once you swapped the board out? Also what board and CPU were you using prior?
