Hello I'm using a Palit GT220 SONIC DDR3 (512mb) vga.... I'm looking for a new one to upgrade it..
I play TDU2 and CIV V @ 1680x1050
Can u help me choose ?

A GT430 isn't a gaming card.
Afaik, your PSU isn't very good, but a weak card like a GT240 (DDR5 version!) will be a decent improvement.
What is your budget? You could always replace the PSU as well, then get something like a GTX460 (your e6500 will bottleneck anything stronger).

well i know i should upgrade the psu as well... i think of getting a GX550 by Coolermaster but it will be next month since i can't afford it right now...
the budget is an issue since i can sell the 220 for around 20EUR and that added to my 70-80 eur ain't enough for a good card...

Those GPUs will have similar performance. The Coolermaster GX series is not good. The 650W version was described by HardOCP as "a polished turd in a box." Stick to Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, XFX, or Enermax/LEPA; or perhaps FSP if it has some level of 80+ certification for efficiency and full range active PFC (no little voltage switch).

what do u think of this one ? i wanted to get the gx because i wanted to complete the case ( HAf 912 Advanced all CM fans , Hyper 212+ with 2 sickle flow 120mm CM fans ) with another product by Coolermaster but it's the second time i hear that the GX series ain't tht good..

That one would be an excellent choice. Seasonic doesn't know how to make a bad PSU.
Coolermaster cases have some nice designs, but every one I ever bought was poorly executed, with minor quality issues like untapped screw holes, panel misalignment, loose tool-free mounts, etc. None made the case unusable, but I got tired of it; now I get mostly Rosewill cases (plus my Enermax Hoplite, from HardwareSecrets after they reviewed it). Coolermaster puts liar labels on some of their PSUs, so in general I don't think they deserve my business. I'm not going to throw away the Hyper212+ I bought a couple years ago before I came to this conclusion, but I won't buy another.
