Hello everyone!
Here's the deal, my new VicTsing usb bluetooth mouse lags but only when using it in my new MSI Prestige laptop, in any and every port (though I think I notice an improvement when plugin it in a 3.0 instead of a 2.0). It works just fine in every other computer I've tried it in.
The lag is better described as the mouse not receiving any input for a few seconds (1 to 3) and then working again as normal. This happens randomly, I haven't been able to correlate it to intense CPU usage or really anything else.
So far I have tried changing the USB power settings, reinstalling the drivers, checking for running incompatible software or drivers... you name it.
I'm at a loss here and I'd really appreciate any help you can offer!
Some extra info:
- Mouse model: VicTsing® wireless mouse (optical, 2.4 GHz, USB) with Nano receiver
- Computer model: MSI PE60 6QE-1029ES i7-6700HQ/16GB/1TB+256SSD/GTX960M/15.6"
