[SOLVED] Video and Audio Stutter/lag while playing a video game

Hi guys,

As with the title, I am experiencing some video and/or audio lags or stutter while in game or sometimes even in just the desktop.
My rig specs are as follows:
CPU: i7 10700k
GPU: Gigabyte Vision RTX 3070
Ram: 32gb 2x16 3200mhz
PSU: 850w
OS: Windows 10 Home

As what I have stated, its confusing since this build is just pretty recent and I don't know what is causing this, whether I am playing a new or old game I am getting this problem and quite frankly can be quite annoying and immersion breaking. Hope anyone would help me with this thanks!

What psu exactly? =maker+model

Do a clean install of the latest gpu drivers as well.

its fixed thank you! I think the ddu helped cause i was using an old gpu before using 3070
