Video/Audio desync and green screen while watching movies.

Hello guys.

I have issue while watching streams/youtube videos and mp4/flv or any other files from my pc.

While watching twitch/youtube or any streaming service after some time, I have audio/video desync. Sometimes even 20 sec
In case of video files from my pc, after about 20/30, min the video becomes a green screen and I can only hear audio. Everything goes back o normal after I re-open the file.

Currently I tried :

• 
  Try different video codecs
  Reinstall video drivers for my video card
  Re-install Audio drivers( I tried multiple ones ones for my motherboard and ones from video card)
  Re-install whole windows 10 system
  Try different browsers and power-plan settings

I updated a lot of info. So I think I can bump this thread. Hoping for more answers. Maybe someone has some ideas on what might be causing the issue. After reviewing all of this, is it possible for it to be something with motherboard overheating ?
