yes but that card is rather weak any card will work usually it will just vary by motherboard what performance youll get older motherboards with restricted bandwidth may gimp the card

also do not confuse ddr3 with ddr3 ram you use for cpu.

make sure your power supply is decent also i always say 300w 80 plus bronze or 450w depending on the graphic card
