So I'm building a PC for my brother consisting largely of parts from my old, including my video card (9800 GTX), which I replaced just last week. Everything is hooked up correctly, and when I turn it on, I get one long beep, followed by 3 short ones, which means "VGA not detected". This video card worked perfectly when I replaced it, so I really don't understand what the issue could be. The fan is spinning, I've checked its connections several times, I'm just not sure what else to try.
For reference, the build has:
9800 GTX
Asus P5Q mobo
4 gb DDR2 ram
Q6600 CPU w/ H70 cooler
160 gb + 250 gb HDD
Corsair 600m PSU
