I have a Dell OptiPlex 780 running windows 10 professional with current video card being GEFORCE GTS 450 and I wanna play stuff like call of duty sports etc. What card would be a medium kind upgrade please and thanks ?

Ok so I guess I`ll admit I`m a dummy....lol ..... If I may bother one once again. For instance in the link William p sent I was spying that EVGA GT 730 for a start so I go to New egg to look one up and so many different numbers . Could someone tell this retard exactly which one of them I would need after then I think I got it. I don`t get all the numbers and versions of the same model ..Thanks much

Sorry been away since I answered before. I would recommend against the gt730 for the games you want to play. If a low profile 1050ti or 1050 is too much the gt1030 would be better than the 730 but AAA games wouldn't play well.

Ah, no problem. From looking at the manual for the mini tower optiplex 780, it looks like a dual slot card will fit, so your major concern will be length of the card. So first measure the spot to see how long a card can be. If you can fit one with dual fans that is better for keeping it cool and will be more silent. The price differences between the EVGA models is from cooling and speed of the overclock. The differences in fps probably isn't that much but if you want the faster cards that's up to you.

So I went with the 1050 ti and works ok...except the Call of duty game again....grrrr...... Game is freezing on the beginning story when that ends and also freezing like when I going through store campaign options etc. Haven`t got the game to actually run just the story line... Clueless I am now
