Video Card Issue. New Build

Hey, I've browsed around this page for a while now but this is my first actual post in it.

My first build has problems booting up with the video card attached to the mobo. It gives me No Signal, however, when I remove it , it boots fine. I even installed Windows already without any problems, So I don't think its the RAM stick.

I've made sure of everything. Its placed correctly in the slot, firm, no tumbling, screwed into the case, fans are powered on but still I get no signal. Any ideas? Posting the build below:

Both PCI-E pins are connected to the video card. Its got power alright. No spaces are empty.

Try clearing the Cmos , then install the card , plug monitor into card and see if that will do the trick.

Is this a regular problem? I haven't touched the BIOS since I pieced the thing together.
