Question video card problem

hi everyone I recently assembled my first computer. after that i have installed
the operating system the motherboard and video card drivers of a msi geforce gtx 1050 ti
I realized that the words under the icons are slightly grainy while going on youtube and opening a video
whether the resolution is at 480p 720p or 1080p the video looks very bad while on others
devices I can see it perfectly also sometimes the screen turns off and on again for
example when I put the video in full screen or when I go to remove it from the mode
full screen today I tried with a new hdmi cable then with another
TV and removing the video card and then putting it back in its place
but still nothing I do not know how to do the problem I found it right away
even before installing video motherboard drivers or doing various updates of
windows I hope someone can help me solve this problem (sorry for my bad english)

1. Check Display settings
Windows Key+i > System > Display > See whether settings are correct here or not

2. Try to reset your display driver and reboot your computer
Windows Key+CTRL+SHIFT+B

3. Take actions related to Display Driver
Windows Key+X > Click Device Manager > Expand Display Adapter > Right click on entry below >

Also have you tried a clean install of your video drivers. Be sure to reboot after install.
Have you looked at your monitor setting shouldn't make a difference unless it's an old monitor. Good luck

i stopped on the second step,
soon I will try to reinstall the video card drivers.

at the first boot of the PC
I hadn't installed the video card drivers
but I still had this problem so I wonder ..
how did the computer work without the video card.
perhaps thanks to the CPU?
maybe it will be a silly question for you
but I don't understand much of these things.
I ask this also because i paid my CPU 40 dollars
because it was used

you need the video drivers installed without them = no video acceleration and very poor graphics, It's not your CPU go nvidia's site get your drivers.
