Video Controller (VGA Compatible)

Hi..I am having difficulty trying to play some pc games that I have installed on the computer I purchased which was used. There is a yellow question mark around the Video Controller (VGA Compatible). I tried to install my old ATI 9250 on the computer, but somehow it didn't help. The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver. I don't know how to resolve the problem..went to various sites online..nothing works..Please help! Thank you.
