Video Driver doesn't want to install

I have a ATI fireMV 2200, with windows 7 pro 64 bit,
I've downloaded the AMD drivers and at first the installation looks fine but near the end it fails.

🙁 none of them worked, I've tried around 7 or 8 different driver installs and none of them work. I also tried to clean the rivers then install, same results 🙁((

what error do you get?

One of them was 32 bit, and the other installed but didnt not affect the graphic card, In device manager video driver still isnt installed/reconized.
