[SOLVED] Video Drivers on unsupported operating system (Windows 10 downgrade to Windows 8.1)

Hello,

I installed Windows 8.1 on an extra laptop, which originally shipped with Windows 10 (HP 15 db0088ca). I am having an issue installing the correct drivers for it, mainly video drivers. It has AMD Radeon R3 graphics in the 'powerful' AMD A4 9125, and its currently using the Microsoft basic video driver, which doesn't allow me to change the display brightness. The brightness is currently so low its completely unusable near a window, and used to be completely usable (and allowed brightness change) when on windows 10 with the correct drivers.

On HP's website, they only have drivers for Windows 10 which won't install on my system:

The drivers on AMD's website are only for Windows 10 and Windows 7, neither of which allow installation on Windows 8.1:

If anyone has any ideas on how I can install these video drivers without updating to Windows 10 (the main reason why I have this extra laptop), it would be fantastic if you could let me know. Thank you so much!!!
