Video editing and Gaming PC for $1,000

Looking to build a PC that can handle YouTube video editing and gaming on it for $1,000 or less. The budget will not include speakers, monitor, Mouse or the keyboard. Was leaning towards Windows 10 for the OS. Was wondering if this build is possible and if so what it would look like parts wise.

I do not recommend Windows 10, no. A lot of the rendering and CG software out there (if you use them) do not like Windows 10 yet. Lots of lag and lots of complaining from our users when we tried it on a small scale. Did not go over well. I recommend sticking with Windows 7.
