hi guys ,

am kinda new to video editing and these stuff , and i am searching for a professional program and easy to learn at the same time so lets see if someone can help. ( i used power director and ofcourse i used windows media player ) but none of these are good enough. ( pls respond if you have tried the program you will recommend )
thanks :)

Hi,

I tried many of them, a long time ago (in a galaxy far far away), and there are some I liked to use.

Pinnacle Studio: http://www.pinnaclesys.com/PublicSite/us/Products/Consumer+Products/Home+Video/Studio+Family/
Easy to use and the result is pretty good. It not complete as a professional program, but enough for amateur use.

Abode Premiere Pro: http://www.adobe.com/en/products/premiere.html
Quite expensive, but very complete. Maybe a little online help could be usefull.

And the last one:
Avid: http://www.avid.com/US/products/media-composer
I just tried it and it seems very complete, for professional use.

Hope it will help you in your choice.

I have used and still use Premiere Pro and have used Sony Vegas. Either or those should allow you to do what you need to do. Avid Media Composer takes a bit to get used to and I would not recommend it if you are new to video editing. I'm not knocking Media Composer as it is professional grade software.

yeah, because it is geared towards animation. an example would be vegas you can click and drag to do a fade out and in AE you have to manually set opacity points. If you worked in like a massive studio or already knew how to use AE it then you might want to stick with it anyways and just get some plugins coded.
