Video effects

I can use Video effects to slow down or speed up a video clip, does anyone
know if there is a down load or something that I can run it in reverse. Have
been looking but no avail. It should be easily done if you can slow it down.
Need help

Reversing is quite difficult to do well. See www.papajohn.org for a way to
get around it, or www.rehanfx.com in case rehan has made one yet!!
