Video Hardware Crash

Hello,everybody,my windows 8,was working fine,until two days ago,when the computer freezed,and had to reboot manually.
I got a hardware video error on reboot with the following message "Video hardware error"
The thing this is a new brand computer,and installed w8 3 months ago and was working fine until yesterday.
My card is a "Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition OC 2GB"
I Freeze on desktop,No games performance loss,no overheat,nothing.
Just crash on desktop,when i restart i got the message and the system works perfect,but its annoying.
Any fixes?

I already have the lastest Beta driver's.
Updated them yesterday

I forgot about upgrading the CCC Catalyst Control Center.
I downloaded the new version and going to try,if i experience any other crashes ill upload my Dump.
