I have no problem watching/listening to videos' on YouTube. I also have no problem with ZOOM(like) video with most.
But with one bi-weekly appointment I have not been able to see their video since the appointment of 12/26/2022. The most recent Win11 Update I did was 12/23/2022.

Any ideas' as to why I can't do video with this one person?

Any error messages, pop-ups, etc. being presented when viewing fails?

Is that person someone you know and can otherwise contact?

If that is the only video site having a problem then the problem is likely on their end.

With the possible exception of some specific block on your end.

I thought about that. The last time I saw them on video was 12/26/2022. But I have had no problem seeing anyone else. Especially since I did a Windows Update on 12/23/2022.

Because they are the only person affected contact them and ask if any changes were made on their end. Or if anyone else is unable to view.

Try pinging their website.

FYI:

Do a couple of test pings to other known working websites: google, toms, microsoft.

Just a simple ping. E.g., > "ping 8.8.8.8" or "ping google.com" ( Without quotes. )

Then ping the video website in question.

Does the website reply?

(Do not post their IP address or website.)
