[SOLVED] Video problems

Hello, we have recently bought an Asrock b365m pro4 motherboard and we have the following problem:
We have installed an Intel Core i7 9700 processor with a Kingston Hyperx DDR4 2666 RAM memory but we have not managed to get the computer to show us an image on the monitor, we have installed the steaker but it does not make any sound, instead if we remove the RAM memory if it warns us with beeps.

the specifications of my equipment with:
MotherBoard Asrock B365M pro 4

You might need to flash the motherboard with a new bios.
Take it to a computer store, have them put in a older cpu and update the bios firmware.
After this it should boot on normally.
