Question Video quality looks bad

So guys yesterday i decided to play some old games on 4k on my pc i got a gt1030 graphics card so i went to NVIDIA control panel and turned on DSR 4.00x to get 4k. So after playing some games i decided to turn it off so i went to NVIDIA control panel and pressed restore defaults and now when i watch videos on youtube at 720 it dosen't look that great i don't know if its my eyes or my settings can someone please help me.

Did you alter some settings on your TV as well?

Which resolution did you set in windows?

I'm using a monitor. I just went to NVIDIA control panel and just pressed restore defaults and i'm using 1080p resolution

Yeah i'm gonna try that now anyway can you tell my why this happend ? and i'm not sure if its my monitor or just my eyes playing tricks on me

i tried using ddu and reinstalled the drivers but it made no difference i have a 1080p monitor and youtube videos looks a bit pixelated at 720p and 1080p especially gaming videos
