Question Video Scheduler Internal Error on my RTX 3070 HELP!!

I recently built a new PC with the following specs:

MSI RTX 3070 Ventus 3X OC
Ryzen 7 3700x
WD Black Gaming 1TB
G-Skill Trident Z 3600mhz 2x8GB

My monitor is the Lenovo Y25-25. Specs: 1080p 1ms 240Hz

So after building the new PC, I would always experience this Windows Error Code: Video_Scheduler_Internal_Error after loading up a game. My computer also crashes when I set the refresh rate to 240Hz.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated!

Tried the following: scf scannow, uninstalled and reinstalled GPU drivers
