Before everything, this is my setup :
P8H61-M LX3 PLUS R2.0 ASUS motherboard
*newly installed*CS550M Corsair Power Supply
WD10EZEX Western Digital 1 TB HDD (2012)
*newly installed* SanDisk SSD Plus 120GB
Intel Core i5 3330 Processor
*newly installed* XFX GTR Black Edition AMD RX480 Graphics card
2012 99U5471 - 028.AOOLF ( not sure if this is the model number ) Kingston RAM , Dual Chanel 8GB - it's 4 years old.
I don't think coolers and fans would matter in this situation, thus I won't mention them.
Bought the SSD. Installed it in the PC , plugged in the SATA cable , unplugged the HDD one so it wouldn't boot. I got a 8GB memory stick USB and downloaded the Windows 10 tool from the microsoft website. Installation went fine, booted, shut down the pc then plug back the sata for the hdd.
After that I changed the boot order in the system bios. I , of course , procedeed to install the drivers . To mention , the SAME drivers I had on the HDD Windows 10 , that worked fine.
I played some witcher 3 , using the wattman overclocking software from AMD , with the recommended settings. The cooler sounded like a washing machine ( was really loud ) , but temps didn't get over 50°C. I changed that setting manually , because I don't mind loud fans , as I can't hear them anyway while playing games. I didn't max out anything on the settings panel for wattman.
This wasn't the first time i did it, i overclocked that card with the same settings whithout having that ssd.
The problem appeared the next day. I started the system, things look glitchy. I can see the cursor but can't move it. I see the blue screen 🙁 , with the error specified in the title. Rebooted, I get the black screen with the blinking cursor.
"Guess I'll have to repair the os.."
I plug in the windows usb from which I previously installed Windows, and click repair. Startup repair , works fine , but doesnt show anything on the logs section at the end. Same blinking cursor.
I proceeded to try the hdd windows, which was now , surprisingly , broken. This one I could repair and continued to retrieve some important data from the ssd before reinstalling windows , with reformatting it. ( This all happened in safe mode )
Now , when I turn on the pc , i don't get signal to the monitor , nothing. No asus bios screen , just no signal.
I've tried the following:
Unplugging the hdd from the psu/mobo
Unplugging the ssd from the psu/mobo
Taking out the RAM sticks and putting them back in.
Taking out the GPU.
Taking out 1 stick and keeping just one in.
Taking out the cmos battery.
Holding the power button for 1 minute with the power cord unplugged.
All of these were done in all the possible combinations.
I also remade my cable management. Rebuilding the pc.
My conclusions were:
It's higly improbable for both of the ram sticks to die at the exact same moment.
The same for the gpu - it's 2 weeks old. + The leds turn on it and the power led from the extra 8 pin connector too.
The hdd is old, but not dead. I hear no clicking sound on it and the hdd led blinks normally. Also , I could access and transfer 5 Gigs from it with no problems just before this.
Now what it does is turn on for a while , no signal , then shuts down. Then it starts again.
I've looked for this but can only find people that have parts of my huge problem. I am now attempting to keep it unplugged for 15 minutes with the cmos battery out.

RARRAF , would an extra SSD raise the demand from the PSU so much that it would fail to boot the system? Plus, i said i tried every combination , even with the GPU out, still the same result. The pc ran perfectly without the SSD .
Also , I calculated that , and the system takes around 370W.
(Amd recommended 500W and I have 550W)

The monitor isn't broken ( i use a tv and it works , as a tv ) , ports should be alright. I think the mobo is broken, but when i remove the RAM sticks the mobo speaker does it's job and beeps according to the situation. Despite this, it doesn't beep when I turn the PC on.
