Question VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE every time I plug in my ups

Every time I plug my ups and then try to boot up my pc, it just stops working and shows the VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE. Now this happens only when I plug my pc into the ups but if I totally unplug the ups and then boot up it works totally fine. So, Im trying to figure out does this have anything to do with my gpu or ram or hdd or this is just a bad ups case.
My Specs- Intel Core I5 8400, Galax Geforce GTX 1050ti and one 8gb 2400mhz ram stick
(P.S- THIS PC IS ALMOST 6 YEARS OLD)
