videocard or psu crash

Hi there, my computer has been struggling with a weird issue, error : "Event 41, Kernel-Power-The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

Basically my sound and graphic are crashing at the same time and I lose my mouse/keyboard, my screen shows a blinking white/greenish color and I have to hard-reboot or sometimes it will just reboot by itself. This crash usually happen while playing games or watching videos
I reinstalled all OS and all drivers recently but it didn't fix the problem so I'm tempted to say it's an hardware issue. My GFX is a gtx 570 evga. I've ran artifact and temperature test with no errors same for cpu temp.
My setup is about 4 years old.
Any of you guys know about this error? I've tried older videocard drivers and also different options in the nvidia control panel but still same error.

Try this, it might work.
First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this link.

Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or ATI) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.

I already did a clean install of the most recent drivers, I might try this but I doubt It will fix my problem. thx

Do I install 3D vision, physx and hd audio? or only display driver

Almost fixed for now, no more crash or reboot but sometimes the screen goes black and comes back after about 5 seconds, checked logs and it says Nvlddmkm driver error so I guess it's my 570 GTX after all.
