if i cant cool the card do you think that replacing the fornt and rear fans with antec tri cool fans will do?

heres the gfx card i want: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130464

if i really cant cool it then may i go with this? http://www.evga.com/products/moreinfo.asp?pn=512-P3-1150-TR

As long as your case has the fan in the front, like my centurion did, you should be fine. If I put a new fan on the side I might even have it exhaust hot air away from the card rather than blow air back on to it.

Why you want the 192 core instead of the 216 there is a noticeable difference. 192 avg's a bit below a ATI 4870 while a 216 avg's with the 4870. Cooling should not be an issue nvidia cards have a good stock fan on them just make sure you have a fan on the front and back that moves a decent amount of air and the case temperature should be fine.

its not that i dont want the core 216 its just that after you count the mail in rebate the core 216 costs 40$ more.

Leave your side fan as an intake. The GPU you want also exhausts its hot air. If you have too many exhausts (you also have the rear fan and the PSU) and not enough intake, your fans will struggle. In particular, if your PSU isn't getting enough air through it, it could overheat and shut down or worse.
