Videos in youtube are lagging when i change quality to hd (1080p). Dont know why before that it was normal (i was enable to watch videos in 1080p) like 2 days ago it starts lagg and i didnt update anything.

Memory: 8192MB RAM
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
Display Memory: 1712 MB

I think it is your ISP throttling your Youtube service. There is nothing wrong with your hardware.

Have you tried different browser? Updated flash? Tried both html5 and flash?
Also is your browser up to date?

Just 10 mins ago i delete and then install google chrome again so chrome has all plugins i gues and i not tryed new browser but i will try i bit latter

I dont know how long but i donwloaded and installed adobe flash or i should called reinstalled. Story is like that youtube starts lagging i deleting flash player and i dont install him again because google chore is saying that with that browser come adobe flash player and then i downloaded the f**king mozila mozilai says that i need adobe flash player then i turn on google chrome go in html5 it says ok then i go in google plugins and there i see that fking flash is instaled so bla bla bla and then i install this flash player from mozila firefox videos is no more lagging in 1080p. So google chrome is RLY BAD BROWSER Btw ty for help.
