Videos not smooth on browser

Hey, so I bought a new pc last week and installed Win10 64bit.
I have noticed that videos that I play through the browser are kinda... not smooth
The previous pc had the same OS and it did'nt have that problem.
What should I do?
My specs:
I5 7500
GTX 1060

Try clearing your browser, cookies etc. and if that doesnt help try resetting your browser both chrome and firefox have this in there settings. I dont recommend using anything other than these two browsers as they are the most reliable from my experience

Which websites does this occur on? What is the speed you get from your ISP?

Tried that, both has the same problem.

Which websites does this occur on? What is the speed you get from your ISP?

I tried Youtube and Dailymotion, both has the same issue. and I get 30

I also noticed that when it comes to 60fps videos It's smooth, the problem is on videos that are'nt 60fps even though they are 720/1080p

Sounds like it might have something to do with Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMM) settings in your network card/router, or this is related to your GPU/Monitor as in you might have to tweak the refresh rate.
