Videos seem like they are lower quality and games are aliased

All videos I watch on my PC, regardless of whether they are on the web or local, seem like they are 360p or 480p even if they're 1080p60. Also in games all objects seem pretty aliased, even on the highest AA settings. At the beginning I though this has to do with my monitor, but I just bought a new one (1080p 144hz), and the issue still exists. What can I do? I even sent my GPU for fixing and they told me it's all good.

Your Widows and game settings are set to 1080? What connection are you using? Video drivers are installed?

Everything is set to 1080p 144hz, I am using DisplayPort, and of course all video drivers are installed through Nvidia GeForce Experience.

A little fix to my question: Games are not aliased, they look worse without AA enabled. It's just that textures are flickering. At least I'm pretty sure it's flickering.
