view multiple pages, BUT prints only one

How to print several pages in outlook, or on site with multiple pages. Vertical slider can be moved, showing all material. When go to print preview, only page one of one appears, even though there should be page one of (say 2 or 3).
Tried highlighting entire material and ctrl +P. It goes to printer, and only prints the page one, similar to above.
Can anyone HELP?

Hooray. Figured it out. Highlighted and copied. Opened Micro. Works and pasted. Able to print out entire number of pages. Pretty basic I suppose, but ......
