Is this a good monitor? it would most likely be used for gaming and looking at sites. Does anybody know a cheap place to get one other than pricewatch.com?

Pricewatch.com doesn't actually sell the monitor - it shows resellers who will sell for the best prices. That should be a good place to look. Be sure to check resellerratings.com afterward to check on the company before you order.
