Question Viewsonic monitor problem

Hi i have a viewsonic VA2719-2K-SMHD monitor and suddenly the background became red the monitor was still working but the black colour became pink to red. I send it to the repair shop they said that they fixed it but now a month after the problem reappered. Is there something that i can do?

If it’s still under warranty see if you can get it exchanged

today when i turn on the pc everything was fine. Does anyone know why this is happening?
