Question Viewsonic monitor too loud on 1

I have a ViewSonic VX2457 and even after lowering the volume to 1 on the monitor it is still obnoxiously loud. The only other audio setting I can find on the monitor is input which isn't helpful for trying to lower the volume. Is this something that can be fixed or is that just how the monitor is?

1. Open your Control Panel.
2. Select “Sound” under Hardware and Sound.
3. Select Speaker Properties.
4. Select the Enhancements tab.

If you have "Loudness Equalization" on then turn it off.
