Are ViewSonic monitors any good?

I don't need something top of the line, I'm just looking for a good gaming monitor that will be an upgrade from my current monitor. I am thinking about getting this one:

The monitor will be a good step up in terms of resolution and panel size but you are losing out on the refresh rate of said panel. What GPU are you working with currently?

I have NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

I don't play any FPS games (other than Dark Souls, if those count). No shooters or anything. I mainly just play relaxing games like Snow Runner. So, I don't need anything extreme. I also need something that will work well with office programs (something that is not too blurry like I've had in the past).
