Virtual Audio Cable Confusion

I am fairly new to this program however I've installed it and distinguished how many lines I wished to have however when I configure the output I receive no audio. Below is my configuration any help would be greatly appreciated!

Audio Repeater

Wave in: Microsoft Sound Mapper (Primary speakers, Altec Lansing)
Wave Out: Line 1 (VAC)

Wave in: Microphone (USB Headphone Set) - Not too sure why this says this but is an external sound card via USB (second speaker set, Logitech)
Wave Out: Line 2 (VAC

Wave in: Line 2
Wave out: Line 1

Wave in: Logitech Microphone
Wave out : Line 3

Wave in: Line 3
Wave out: Line 1

Wave in: Line 1
Wave out: Headphone Set

ahahahah wasn't ever pointing at my speakers wow I feel like an idiot. Really easy application to use kudos to the developers !
