Virtual Box - WinXP Cannot find DEVICES tab

I set up Virtual Box and installed Win XP, but cannot find the DEVICES tab so that I can install the Guest additions.

I did install several programs first - is that a no-no?

What Devices tab are you referring to?
{sorry thjought you meant in Xp but now I realize its Virtualbox you're talking about.}

Which VB did you install?
Whats the host machine running?
