Hello.
Lets define what I have:

HOST- Is PC connected via switch to internet. No VPN. It has HOST_IP and I can forward any ports. Running Windows 8.1
VM - Is Virtual Machine hosted on HOST using VirtualBox. Running Windows 7.
CLIENT- Is machine connected to internet in my work place. Running Windows 8.1.

Security doesn't matter here.

What I want to achieve.
I want to connect to VPN on VM and be able to access that machine from CLIENT (Connected or not to VPN). I need to be connected to VPN on virtual machine because I need access to same services that are only accessible using VPN.

What I tried:
I set NetworkAdapter to Bridged in VirtualBox for VM.
I forwared RD (3389) port virtual machine. My router gave it IP Address.
It worked.

Than I tried connecting to VPN on VM. It connected but I lost connection to VM from CLIENT.
Than I connected to the same VPN from CLIENT and I still could not connect to VM.
I have no control over VPN and addresses it assignes to my PC.

I don't understand something and I would like to ask you for help.

P.S.
If this helps, I can set up some routs on my router. I have those options:
Destination Network:
Subnet Mask:
Default Gateway:
