I am looking for a VirtualDub filter that will overlay a time counter
(including the millisecond field) starting at the frame in the video I
specify. Anything of this sort available?

Thanks,
Kevin

There's the "Add Frame Numbers" plugin which can add a timestamp or
frame numbers but I don't know if it has milliseconds or will work from
a given offset.
