By ALL FILES you mean?
Can you go into your Windows?
or do you have missing/corupt bla, bla at startup...or something else?

If you mean personal files and you ARE in Windows:
Do you have any antivirus installed? Then run a scan in safe mode...
Also download Malware bytes and do a scan....
