virus modified mbr

A virus on my pc has modified the mbr of my ssd & bitlocked a hidden partition containing modified inf & setup files. Diskpart cleanall says drive is clean. Reinstalling from a dvd reinstalls drivers that lock hdd. Help

From an iso downloaded.
Burnt to dvd via ms creation tool on clean pc.
None of these inf & setup files are present on the dvd.

Iso was downloaded from microsoft.com using their media creation tool.

No, you've apparently downloaded some weird bootleg ISO file from 'somewhere'.
That contains your "malware", and we're done here.

I selected 64 bit win10home iso in media creation tool.
It then downloaded the iso & burnt the dvd.
