Virus or nah?

the dll.host has yellow highlights.. not sure how long this has been there since i rarely check task manager.. but should i be worried? also is there any other uneccessary proccess on provided in the imgur that i dont need? ( like windows default) please include the .exe. i only uise this pc for 1 game and movies.. so im not sure why theres so many process lol..


lastly why is there so many svchost.exe ( 9 processing)

should i factory reset, i dont mind goin through all the updating again ( if must ) i feel like my anti-virus wouldnt help at all since i dont have the money for one ..

none have answered my question lol. why is there 3 L's in dllhost and why is it highlighted yellow??
