Vista 64 and itunes

Unfortunately I bought an itouch and now I can't sync apps to my itouch. On my machine itunes looks corrupted i.e on the main page some of the letters are cut off??? I updated to 9.2.1 last night but it looks the same. tried it on an non Vista 64 machine and it works. Anyone out there have the same problem, and solution. Regards, BD

Update: I can sync my itouch using another computer running Win XP, but still cannot sync using Win Vista 64. The application will download to itunes, but when i try to sync i get an error code 0XE000004. I've searched the net but can't find anything. I am hopeing someone here has some idea.
