Vista Capable Suit Loses Class Action Status

Neither Microsoft nor the computer manufacturers are culpable because the sticker was 100% accurate. The computer is capable of running Microsoft Vista in some form. The lawyers were hoping for class action status because the potential damages would make it more likely that their weak-azzed case would get settled out of court. Now that the case has dropped back to these six clueless individuals, Microsoft is more than happy to prosecute each one individually to show the court that the plaintiff's cases won't hold water.
