Vista won't boot

Dell Inspiron \windows\system32\drivers\tcpip.sys status: Oxc0000098 unable to boot . Tried all safe mode options with no luck. Can't boot from disk. Any suggestions

Insert Windows CD and boot from it, it should detect previous Windows installation and give you an option to repair it.

Worst case scenario, just reinstall Windows completely.
