Vizio CN15-A5 change cache drive to boot drive

I have a Vizio CN15-A5 laptop with a 32GB mSATA cache and a 1TB HDD running Win 8.1. I purchased a crucial m500 240GB mSATA drive to replace the 32GB cache drive and I want to use it as a boot drive. Intel Rapid Storage Technology is installed but I can't find an app or control panel that will allow me to use the drive as non-cache.

Vizio designed the notebook series you purchased to utilize the mSATA SSD as cache only. You can replace the hard drive to a SSD drive and utilize it for storage, but the mSATA is designed to work only as a hybrid drive to boost performance of the HDD.
