Voltage locked GPU?

i have a XFX Radeon HD 6670 1Gb DDR5 and i want to increase the voltage a little but in the msi after burner i cant adjust the slider. does this mean my gpu is voltage locked? I have looked many things up on how to unlock that slider but it isnt unlocking. i have the boxes checked in the settings, i edited the one file with the one text. it still wont work.

Yes your 6670 is probably voltage locked.But still try overclocking from amd overdrive and sapphire trixx.

I have it overclocked to 935 core clock and 1255 memory clock. but sometimes when i play games it does this weired thing and splits my screen in half with lines and a bar in the middle and the only way to fix it is if i rest my pc. i was thinking maybe if i increased the voltage a little bit, that problem would go away. is there a way to unlock it?

Ifyou unlock it there is the danger of melting/destroying your gpu, I'd advise you not to do it

its a 50 dollar card, i can buy a new one. and its not like im going to jack the voltage up to 50, im just upping it a tiny bit, not a lot only .1 volts
